A Room with a view

Enjoy your stay on the island Samos in our beautiful small place, called Phil (greek letters: ΦΙΛ). Our house,
which consists of four Maisonette Apartments is directly at the beach. It is located in the middle of the expansive Potokaki Bay, between
the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Heraion (Hera's Palace) and Pythagorio. Both is about 20 minutes away, while you walk along the wide pebble and sand beach. 50 m beside our house is also a taxi station.

Three of our four Maisonette Apartments have sea views and two terraces each facing the beach. Relax on the terraces of your bedroom and your living room with the sound of the the calm waves of the Mediterrean Sea.
We have also one Apartment with land view.

Each apartment has downstairs a kitchen, equipped with stove, fridge and cook and dinnerware for 4 guests.
Also you can find a sofa downstairs, which we can transfer into two single beds or one double bed on
demand. All of them have AC, TV with Sat and Terrestrial connection, Wireless Internet.

Through the charming spiral staircase you reach the bedroom of your apartment, which has a terrace and a
large king-size double bed. So up to 4 guests can sleep in each apartment. Also the bathroom with toilet,
washing basin and shower/bathtub is upstairs.

Walk downstairs and take a free sunbed on the beach or have a coffee or cocktail in our small and cozy unique
stone made beach bar (only open during daytime).

The house is CCTV secured, the entrance is electronic controlled.
